The City of Tacoma, in an effort to improve city neighborhoods, contracted with the Owners of several blocks of land to construct Apartments. High Country secured the Framing contract for these Apartments. The resulting enhancement of this neighborhood was remarkable, and it was a pleasure to participate in this worthwhile endeavor.
